This website is operated by TurboRain. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to TurboRain. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site.
1. Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2. Products
TurboRain products are decorative rain shower heads shaped like sports cars. They are not real car parts and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any car manufacturer. Model names such as "Black GT", "Green V12" and "Green M4" describe the style and color of the shower head only. We try to show colors and details as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee that your screen displays them exactly.
3. Made-to-order and pre-orders
Our products are made to order. Estimated production and delivery dates are shown before purchase and are estimates, not guarantees. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or a pricing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
5. Offers and add-ons
Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout. Optional add-ons (Mystery Gift, Shipping Protection and 90-Day Warranty) are sold under the conditions described on the product page and in our Refund Policy.
6. 90-Day Warranty
If you purchased the 90-Day Warranty and your shower head stops working because of a manufacturing defect within 90 days of delivery, we will replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, incorrect installation or normal wear.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, including our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
8. Installation and use
TurboRain fits standard shower arms. Follow the included instructions and use plumber's tape on the thread. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation or incompatible plumbing.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to TurboRain and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TurboRain will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
