We want you to love your TurboRain. If you're not happy with it for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
- Email us at xmaslighthouse@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
- Pack the shower head securely, ideally in its original packaging, and send it back with a tracked shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or wrong item
If your TurboRain arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong model, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
Cancellations
Every TurboRain is made to order. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before production starts. Once production has started, the order can't be cancelled, but it is still covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee after delivery.
Non-refundable items
Shipping Protection and the 90-Day Warranty add-ons are non-refundable once the order has shipped. The Mystery Gift is only refundable if returned together with the shower head.
Exchanges
Want a different model? Email us and we'll help you swap it, as long as the original is returned unused within 30 days of delivery.
